Griffin McCarthy & Rice LLP is a Chicago firm with attorneys who concentrate in the area of family law – including divorce, child custody, parentage, prenuptial or postnuptial agreements and adoption.

     Located in the Loop, at Monroe and Dearborn Streets, the law practice originally was founded in 2003 by Cecilia Hynes Griffin and Nanette A. McCarthy, who are attorneys and principals in the firm. In 2009, Saundra L. Rice, a former of partner of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, joined as a principal. Also in 2009, Allison A. Fink, also formerly of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, joined the firm as a partner. Griffin McCarthy & Rice now includes eight attorneys, as well as two paralegals and an extensive support team.

     Griffin McCarthy & Rice attorneys bring expertise and compassion to family law. The firm concentrates in the complex legal and financial matters of divorce, including those pertaining to sports figures, business owners, investment bankers, and medical and dental professionals.
