Daniel B. Davis


Practicing exclusively in family law, Daniel brings a practical approach to his representation of clients that always focuses on the best interests of each client and each family.  Whether a client’s needs are best met through litigation, mediation, collaborative, or some combination thereof, Daniel combines his knowledge of the law with his knowledge of psychology to effectively advocate for his clients.  

Daniel received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law (cum laude).  Daniel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan (with honors and distinction) where he studied psychology.    

Daniel’s formal introduction to domestic relations and family law occurred when he clerked for the Honorable Nancy Katz in the Circuit Court of Cook County – Domestic Relations Division.  After practicing elsewhere, Daniel joined Griffin McCarthy & Rice LLP in 2016.
